Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Kurpark. Wir wurden mehr als freundlich mit einem Glas Sekt empfangen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom 1. Augenblick an wohl. Zur Therme ist es nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch.

Bestes Hotel in der Region. Insbesondere der sehr persönliche Service ist klasse. Hatte etwas im Zimmer liegen lassen was zuverlässig gefunden und gleich verpackt und mir zugesendet wurde. Dazu eine nette Mail. So geht Service! Essen im Restaurant ist auch empfehlenswert und preiswert. Die persönlichen Texte auf der Website sind kein plattes Marketing wie sonst, sondern man lebt das auch. Buchen!

Bloß hier als Gast nicht ins Restaurant al a Carte essen gehen. Auch wenn man reserviert! Da landet man einfach irgendwo hinter der Küche! - obwohl alles frei ist! Aber echt schön hier man kann der Kühlung vom Buffet zuhören! :-( Bei einer Beschwerde am Empfang wurde quasi nur sorry gesagt und gefragt ob denn der Serviceleiter da wäre - keine Ahnung…

Der Service in diesem Hotel wird definitiv groß geschrieben. Hier wird jede Frage mit einem Lächeln beantwortet. Jede Frage wird sofort beantwortet und es wird auch immer sofort an einer Lösung gearbeitet. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag hervorragend. Sogar Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Zimmer im Parkschlößchen sind zwar nicht modern eingerichtet, aber es passt zu dem Ambiente. Es war immer sauber und es gab hier nichts zu Beanstanden. Die dazugehörige Sauna und der Pool haben für die entsprechende Entspannung am Abend gesorgt. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Hervorragendes Hotel für Erholung und Gesundheitsseminare Das relexa Hotel Bad Steben bietet eine erstklassige Erfahrung für jeden Gast, angefangen vom äußerst freundlichen Personal bis hin zur erstklassigen Servicequalität. Während meines dreiwöchigen firmeninternen Gesundheitsseminars wurde ich von Anfang an von der herzlichen Begrüßung an der Rezeption bis zur sorgfältigen Betreuung durch die Reinigungskräfte beeindruckt. Das Personal des Hotels zeigte sich stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel eingerichtet und stets makellos sauber, was zu einer erholsamen Atmosphäre beitrug. Die Umgebung des Hotels bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung und Erholung. Von erholsamen Spaziergängen in der malerischen Landschaft bis hin zu Wellnessangeboten im Hotel selbst - hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die exzellente Küche des Hotels. Die Speisen waren stets frisch zubereitet und von hervorragender Qualität. Das Restaurantpersonal war stets aufmerksam und freundlich und trug so zu einem rundum gelungenen gastronomischen Erlebnis bei. Insgesamt kann ich das relexa Hotel Bad Steben uneingeschränkt empfehlen, sei es für einen entspannten Urlaub oder wie in meinem Fall für ein Gesundheitsseminar. Die Kombination aus freundlichem Personal, komfortablen Unterkünften und einer malerischen Umgebung macht dieses Hotel zu einer erstklassigen Wahl für jeden Aufenthalt.

Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich vollends überzeugt. Aber auch so ist es ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. Das Örtchen ist unaufgeregt und die Tage sind viel zu schnell vergangen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Tolles Hotel mir Schwimmbad und Sauna. Schöne Zimmer und vor allem sehr leckeres Essen. Sehr zuvorkommender Service bis auf eine junge Dame im Service. Da ist noch fleißig Nachholbedarf nötig! Wenn ein Gast versehentlich etwas falsches bestellt, erwarte ich bei einem 4* Hotel flexibles reagieren und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln statt aus der Haut zu fahren und pampig zu werden! Wäre dieser Vorfall nicht gewesen gäbe es für den Service 5*!

Vom Motto "Kuschelwochenende" blieb nichts übrig, leider. ---------- Mein Mann und ich waren am 1. Wochenende vom Februar im Relexa Hotel unter dem Motto "Kuschelwochenende". Wir hatten einen Gutschein über 50€ von MayDays und hatten selbst noch 200€ dazu gezahlt. ---------- Ich hatte am Montag bereits eine Mail an das Hotel geschrieben, daraufhin mit der Direktion telefoniert. Jedoch war im Nachhinein das Telefonat sehr ernüchternd, da man mir zu verstehen gab, dass es einzig und allein Geschmacksache sei, wie man die Zimmer bzw. die Unterkunft empfindet. Ich hatte also alles, was mir auf dem Herzen lag, bereits dem Relexa-Hotel mitgeteilt. ---------- Zum Zimmer: alt, rustikal, überholungsbedürftig, ungemütlich. Auch, wenn der Teppichboden sauber sein soll, so wirkt er jedoch schmutzig und abgelebt - siehe Fotos. ---------- Das Doppelbett: 2 Matratzen mit Härtegrad gefühlt 4, ich bekam die Aussage, dass es Härtegrad 3 gewesen wäre. 2 einzelne Matratzen mit Besucherritze. Zum Kuscheln vollkommen ungeeignet. Möchte man sich an den Partner kuscheln, landet man immer mit Arm/Bein zwischen den Matratzen. ---------- Warum sich im Schlafzimmer ein TV befindet, der die Größe eines Desktop/PC hat, für mich unverständlich. Vor allem, weil man vom Bett aus diesen kaum sehen kann - siehe Fotos. Ebenso war auf jedem Programm Störung vorhanden. Man möchte doch bei schlechtem Wetter gerne vom Bett aus auf einen TV schauen, bei dem man auch die gängige heutige Technik eines TV Stick verwenden kann, das gehört heute einfach inzwischen zum Standard. Oder zumindest auf Streaming-Dienste zugreifen, in die man sich mit seinen eigenen Daten einloggen kann. Aneinander gekuschelt im Bett einen schönen Film schauen, war leider nicht drin. ---------- Das Bad - siehe Fotos. Es befanden sich keine Nécessaire dort, was mich gewundert hat. Ein Haartrockner, der ausgetauscht werden sollte. Ein Spender für Duschgel/Seife ja, aber ansonsten fehlten mir diese. ---------- Die Minibar war vorhanden, jedoch ausgeschaltet?! Die romantische Dekoration, war mit Liebe gedacht, auch mit den PLASTIKrosenblütenblättern, lenkte jedoch nicht vom dunklen, ungemütlichen Zimmer ab, welches durch die Möbel für Geschäftsreisende gedacht ist, aber nicht für ein Kuschelwochenende. Obst, Wasser, Prosecco - Standard in einem 4-Sterne Hotel. ---------- Das 4-Gänge Menü war sensationell (nochmal ein Gruß an die Küche), zum Service der Schichtleitung des Abends habe ich mich bereits am Telefon erklärt. Deshalb auch nur 2 Sterne beim Service, leider. Der Service der jungen Frauen war jedenfalls vorbildlich und aufmerksam. Ebenso der Service am Empfang. ---------- Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und es war für jeden etwas vorhanden. Es gibt einen Kaffeevollautomat, man konnte sich aber auch vom Service eine Kanne Bohnenkaffee an Tisch bringen lassen. ---------- Der Fußweg zur Therme Bad Steben ist ca. 150m und diese ist sehr zu empfehlen. Über die Gästekarte hatten wir ermäßigten Eintritt. ---------- Parkplätze sind im Hinterhof ausreichend vorhanden. Den Fitness- und Wellnessbereich können wir nicht bewerten, da wir wegen der Therme vor Ort waren.

Wir unternahmen ein gemütliches Wochenende das unter dem Thema "Kuschelzeit" angeboten wurde und waren absolut begeistert. Das Hotel ist durch die zwei miteinander verbundenen Gebäude ein wenig "verschachtelt". Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, egal ob es am Buffet im Restaurant war oder das, welches bei unserem Arrangement auf's Zimmer kam. Das Dinner war sehr schmackhaft und die Portionen wirklich ausreichend. Kurz: Das Gesamtkonzept überzeugte uns und wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben das Relexa durch einen Mydays-Gutschein kennengelernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war entsprechend dem Motto (Kuschelwochenende im Frankenwald) sehr schön dekoriert. Des weiteren haben das Essen, der Wellnessbereich und das Ambiente des Hotels zu einem sehr schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Wir waren schon mehrfach zum Weihnachtsfest im Relexa Hotel in Bad Steben. Wir haben uns wieder sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich war mit Freunden an der Bar und und überrascht, wie modern der Empfang in dem doch etwas älteren Hotel ist. Es ist ein Ort an dem man noch gepflegt ausgehen kann. Super der Kellner Ben, her hat seinen Bereich im Griff und versteht und lebt das Wort Service.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal im Relexa Hotel. Die Lage ist Traumhaft. Das Frühstück ist Top und die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzige Kritik sind die Zimmer. Sie sind zwar sehr sauber, aber für so ein Hotel sehr rustikal. Und die Kissen sind sehr unbequem. Aber uns wurde gesagt, dass nach und nach auch die Zimmer umgestaltet werden. Da sind wir sehr gespannt.

Wir waren vom 16.10. -21.10. in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Parkschlösschen. Dieses war sehr geräumig und überall sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das 3 Gänge zum Abendessen war super lecker. Ein grosses Lob der Küche. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Der Kurpark lädt zum bummeln ein. Man kann dem Alltag wunderbar entfliehen. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind auch sehr schön. Wir werden das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen. Eine kleine Anregung am Ende. Auch wir sind für Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz. Wir verstehen auch, dass der Personalmangel überall gegenwärtig ist. In einem anderen Hotel wurden kleine Säckchen ausgegeben, die man an die Zimmertür hängt, wenn man die Zimmer nicht gereinigt haben möchte. Durch diese Maßnahme würde die Rezeption entlastet werden, da man die Reinigung nicht anmelden muss oder nach frischen Handtüchern fragen muss.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt im relexa Hotel in Bad Steben. Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Lage und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet, das Frühstück reichhaltig und das Abendessen lecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Traum und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich bin zum ersten Mal in einem Relexa-Hotel und bin ein wenig enttäuscht. Der erste prachtvolle Eindruck vom Empfang ließ schnell nach. Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer ist ausreichend und zweckmäßig, verfügt aber weder über einen Kühlschrank, noch über einen Wasserkocher, was eigentlich mittlerweile Standard in jedem Hotelzimmer ist. Die Dusche war sehr klein und beengt, für fülligere Personen nicht nutzbar. Weiterhin ist es mit sehr vielen Treppenstufen auch nicht wirklich komfortabel für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung. Die, laut Ausschreibung, angebotene Rücken- und Entspannungsgymnastik fand gerade 2x diese Woche. Das eine fand um 10 Uhr und das andere um 10:30 Uhr statt. Sehr vorteilhaft! Ansonsten täglich 8 bzw. 8:30 Uhr Wassergymnastik. Im Wellnessbereich allgemein, war es viel zu kalt. Sowohl Wasser- als auch Raumtemperatur luden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Im Ruhebereich der Sauna gab es auch keine Decken. Und das tägliche kostenfreie Wasser- und Teeangebot, war auch nur im Wellnessbereich gegeben. Im restlichen Hotel nur käuflich zu erwerben. Was das Essen angeht, war es sehr reichlich. Wobei die Kombination beim Abendessen (Buffet) sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Die angebotenen Speisen passten nicht wirklich zusammen. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich, aber leider auch überfordert, was dazu führte, dass die Freundlichkeit etwas aufdringlich wirkte. Die Lage des Hotels, mitten im Kurpark ist natürlich nicht zu übertreffen. Von hier aus hat man jede Menge Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden, egal ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Schade nur, dass es vom Hotel keine geführten Touren gab. Zumal nicht nur Urlauber, sondern auch Kurgäste hier Verweilen.

A very nice, clean, upscale hotel. The breakfast buffet is plentiful for every taste and the dinner as a 4-course menu, the portions are plentiful and tasty. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Small gifts such as cookies, fruit and water are in the room as a sign of “welcome”, so guests feel at home and special. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ich hatte die "Kleine Auszeit" gebucht. Grund des Besuchs war ein paar Tage ausspannen und gleichzeitig einen Freund überraschen, der hier zur Reha war. Überraschung gelungen, Auszeit genossen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Essen war sehr gut. Gut finde ich, dass man selbst entscheiden kann, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll. Bei nur einer Übernachtung ist dies m.E. nicht erforderlich. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön und lädt zu Wanderungen ein. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit, um die Sauna zu nutzen. ||Wer mal einen Kurzurlaub mit "Verwöhnprogramm" sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

We didn't stay at the hotel, only went there for dinner. The service was charming and friendly. The food was delicious and made with quality ingredients. The curry just didn't have too much to do with curry for me... However, the prawns and the fish in the curry were of great quality. You could ask for more for the portion here. With the price of the wine bottles, on the other hand, €5 less would be appropriate. We tried the Rose and it really wasn't a highlight... (Bottle price approx. 5€, sold for 27.90€.) Maybe expand the range with a few better wines that do justice to the bottle price. At the bar there are excellent cocktails at very fair prices. Whiskey Sour for €6.90. Unbeatable (almost too cheap). In short: restaurant and bar recommended!

A hotel that seems to have fallen out of time. In a positive sense. No annoying ventilation systems and windows that you can still open properly. And when you stand on the terrace, you can see the magnificent spa park with its old stock of trees. The hotel staff are well trained, friendly and courteous. The staff are really outstanding. Exceptionally good for a hotel of this category. Here the guests are always very attentive, courteous and friendly. The house as a whole and accordingly the rooms are getting a bit old in terms of furnishings, but they are always kept very clean and always neatly tidied up. Great hotel to recharge your batteries and rest: the radon cure with massages and moor packs is carried out directly in the hotel, saving you the hassle of going to the spa center and changing clothes. Super nice staff in all areas, nice indoor pool and nice sauna, every gripe (could be an outdoor shower) is whining at the highest level. Breakfast buffet is very varied and downright sumptuous. Only the dinner is actually expandable. My dog ​​was very spoiled by the staff, the surcharge is reasonable and I didn't think it was a problem that he wasn't allowed to go to the restaurant, on the contrary. The pool department is manned by, without exception, nice ladies (and one gentleman), really beneficial and professional in a very friendly atmosphere. Bad Steben itself has a wonderful spa garden and varied and excellently signposted hiking trails. Unfortunately, the place itself seems almost deserted. (Cafe Reichl was only open on the main street, but a visit is a must).

Very good seminar hotel with small weaknesses. The service deserves special mention. From the front desk to the service staff in the restaurant to the cleaning staff... Everyone was always very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very big and clean. I didn't like two things. As an allergy sufferer, carpeting in the room is not really good. However, I have to admit that I didn't explicitly ask for a room without carpet beforehand. The second point of criticism concerns the food. It was very good on the first day. On the second day, unfortunately, exactly the opposite. But overall a very good hotel (also) for seminar groups.

Nice hotel, located directly at the Kurpark with very friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. In addition to the indoor pool and sauna, there are fitness rooms with bicycle ergometers, cross trainers, treadmills and weight machines. If that's not enough, I recommend the active week with a twenty-hour sports program in a small group under expert guidance. The rooms are clean, but some are a bit old.

I really like this hotel, which is mainly due to the very friendly and helpful staff. A warm welcome is always guaranteed and all questions are answered with pleasure and in detail. The hotel is quite bright and nicely furnished, unfortunately this does not apply to all rooms. These are quite dark and have already been heavily used. The radio integrated into the bedside table is always funny, but unfortunately it never works. A relic of the 80s? Nonetheless, the rooms are always spotless, so clean and tidy. My thanks to the hard-working cleaning staff! The breakfast buffet is rich and there is enough for every taste. Good service here too. The seating inside is good, only the terrace is quite uncomfortable and not nicely decorated even in summer. Maybe this is due to the lack of staff here as well? What I find really terrible (!): The Relaxa is in Upper Franconia, so in Bavaria. A region that is home to hundreds of first-class breweries and what is served in the hotel? Mass products of the Radeberger and Schöfferhofer brands. Dear Relaxa, that's not possible! 👎 The indoor pool is a good size and pleasantly warm at around 28 degrees. Wellness offers are varied. 👍 Otherwise, you should perhaps know that the majority of the guests are very old. Loud conversations about illnesses, as well as deceased spouses and acquaintances are normal at the tables. Belongs to life!

Quite OK to relax. Suitable for a short vacation. The hotel has an indoor pool which you can use. As well as 1 steam sauna and 2 smaller saunas. The rooms are very big. However, there is not enough going on here for a longer stay. So just to switch off and relax. Priced at a somewhat high level overall. But everything was very clean. So definitely recommended.

We got the rooms in the old, very beautiful historical part of the hotel. Only the mattress was a little too firm for me. All in all I can really recommend this hotel 🏨.

Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and attentive staff! We felt well taken care of! The wellness area is very nicely designed and we really liked it. The rooms were clean the breakfast was ok. What wasn't so great was that the rooms were getting a bit old, the bathroom was very worn. but overall a nice stay.

Right near the thermal baths. Very kid friendly! There are even little slippers and a little surprise for the kids. Very good food and friendly service in the restaurant.

We come to bad Steben every year and always stay at another hotel. This time we wanted to try a Hotel with pool and chose the relexa hotel. The experience was not the best, specially considering the price range of over 260€ a night, so we won't come back to relexa. Pros: - in the bedroom there were little slippers and a child's robe which were the cutest thing (see pic) - the view from the pool is really beautiful. The glass walls create a very relaxing environment, specially when it's snowing outside - at arrival we found in our bedroom cookies, 3 small milka chocolates, 1 banana, 1 tangerine, several apples and 4 bottles of sparkling water, all complimentary. At check out the receptionists offered us 3 small chocolates also - our suite was big and comfortable albeit old fashioned Cons: - the rooms are not sound proof. The guest in the room below us knocked on our door saying he could hear our son walking around the room - the waitress at breakfast was very rude (not just to us but to several guests), something really surreal considering it's a 4 star hotel. It was also necessary to ask her several times for things. One morning we only got coffee half way through our breakfast. - the restaurant environment at dinner is the opposite of breakfast. It's filled with pomp and circumstance. For instance, even though you have an assigned table that never changes, every night you still need to wait for a waitress to bring you to your table - the pool water is pretty cold (good for swimming, not good for small children) - to use the pool you have to register at the reception subject to availability and its use is restricted to maximum 1h - there is no room service. You can pick up things from the restaurant to eat in the bedroom but you need to gather all the food in a cart yourself and then bring the cart all across the restaurant and through the hotel till your room. It's a pretty fancy environment in the evening so it's an extremely awkward experience - it's not possible to eat in turns. One night we wanted to eat in turns because my son was very cranky so I went to eat while my husband went with our toddler explore the hotel. The waitress told me that he could either wait for my husband to come back to bring the food for both of us together or he could bring it for me immediately but he would need to bring it also already for my husband as it could only be brought together 🤦 - there is no internet connection at the restaurant - this is the only hotel I've been to where you have to pay for water at breakfast (and did I mention it's a 4 star hotel? 🤷) - they only clean the rooms if you book it the day before at the reception. Of course when a toddler has a diaper accident during the night, you only notice it in the morning... - no ventilation in the bathroom In summary, for this price range we were expecting to have a much better experience and in general I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families with children (specially smaller children).

We arrived and found a fantastic homemade cookie surprise for each of us. Excited by the taste, we immediately asked if these e could be purchased. More on the answer later. In any case, from the day we arrived, we were met with courtesy, hospitality and helpfulness — thank you for that! The food was excellent!. Simply heavenly. The price was justified. The service was courteous. Always a smile. Rooms clean and tidy. Then the surprise on the day of departure. There was a knock and we were handed a bag of biscuits. Filled with delicious biscuits. We had a wonderful time at the Relexa Hotel Bad Steben, albeit unfortunately much too short. Already the booking and detailed coordination of our arrangement was completely uncomplicated and a very warm contact. Our every wish was fulfilled and what was more, the comfort and hospitality was excellent. Lots of little details, such as water bottles and apples in the beach bag provided, as well as the personal welcome gift with biscuits and fruit in the room, through to the granted late checkout and the sweet goodbye, made the stay very pleasant and the small, decisive difference to many other hotels . Both the 4-course menu and the breakfast buffet were excellent and left nothing to be desired. The pool and sauna area is very nice and spacious. Despite the fact that the Bad Steben thermal baths are only a stone's throw away, you can also spend a relaxing time here. The wellness offer is also extensive and the "therapist" who treated us was very friendly - just like all the other employees of the hotel that we met. Despite the current difficult pandemic situation, everyone without exception had a friendly word and a smile for the guests. We can only recommend the hotel and will definitely come back. It is the perfect starting point to combine relaxation and exploration of the region.
