E-charging stations in relexa hotel Bad Steben

We are delighted that you would like to use our charging infrastructure.
All information about our charging stations can be found here!

All you need to charge your vehicle is a smartphone with an internet connection. We offer the following charging options:

  • Charging via the Wattif app (with/without registration)
  • Charging via QR code scan and your internet browser
  • Charging via roaming partner apps

WIFI in our relexa parking lot

As mobile reception is sometimes difficult for some providers in our parking lot, we have an open Wi-Fi network available for you to use our charging infrastructure. If you have no network reception with your smartphone, please select the open Wi-Fi ‘Wattif-Hotspot’ in the list of available Wi-Fi. It is not necessary to enter a password.

How do I install the Wattif app on my smartphone?

Download the Wattif app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android mobile phone) and follow the installation instructions. You can find the download link here:

No, you can also start charging via your internet browser. However, the app gives you the convenience of a customer account, allowing you to enter your desired payment method and billing address once. This means you don't have to enter your credit card details every time.

Alternatively, you can also use the Wattif app to charge ad-hoc without creating an account. You will then be asked to enter your payment method (credit card) directly before the charging process.

To register, we need your e-mail address, your contact and payment details. We need your data for billing purposes and to send you an invoice for your charging processes.
Our charging stations are approved for the most common roaming partners. You would find the charging stations in the respective provider apps. Roaming in the context of charging is similar to mobile phone roaming. It allows drivers to use charging points from different operators, while billing is handled by a central provider with whom the driver has a contract.

Prices for our charging stations can vary. If you call up the desired charging point in the Wattif app or scan the QR code of the selected charging station, the prices will be displayed.

We have introduced a blocking fee so that EVs are not parked for unnecessarily long periods and prevent others from charging. The amount of the fee can be found in the app. Blocking fees may also apply when using a roaming provider. We have no influence on this. Your roaming partner will inform you of this.
Our charging stations charge with up to 22 kWh, the charging capacity can vary from station to station. Information on the charging capacity is displayed before charging begins.
You can find an overview of all charging stations in the Wattif app and on the website: www.wattifev.com/charge. You can also find our charging stations at many roaming providers.

Check you have scanned the correct QR code or entered the charger ID number correctly. If you have already attempted to start a charge and have not been successful, please disconnect the charger from your vehicle and try the following steps:

  • Check that your car is powered down and parked.
  • Ensure that you have selected the correct charge point and correct connector for your vehicle.
  • Press “start charge” on your phone app.
  • Plug the charging plug into your vehicle immediately.
  • Ensure that you have fully plugged the charging cable into the socket.
  • The charging process should start within a few seconds, depending on the vehicle type.

Sometimes mobile phone reception is difficult in our underground car park. We therefore have an open Wi-Fi available for you to use the charging infrastructure. Use your smartphone to search for the open Wi-Fi ‘Wattif-Hotspot’ in the list of available Wi-Fi networks. It is not necessary to enter a password. Once you have successfully connected to the Wi-Fi, please scan the QR code of the charging point again.
Please check that the e-mail address you have entered matches the e-mail address registered in your account and that the password is correct. If the password is incorrect, please click on ‘Forgot password’ and you will receive an email with a new password. If you have not received an email to confirm or reset the password, please check your spam folder (if you are using a mail app on a smartphone, you may need to log in to a browser to access the email). If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our team at helpdeu@wattifev.com.
